Yphé Skincare is a skincare brand based in Cyprus. We sell skincare products directly to consumers via this website. For enquiries: hello@ypheskincare.cy.

3. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, an error in pricing, or breach of these terms.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping details, estimated delivery times, and available regions are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order and return unused, unopened products within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product formulations, is the intellectual property of Yphé Skincare or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yphé Skincare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
